Final Rule (FR): Great Lakes Pilotage Rates – 2025 Annual Review

The Coast Guard has established new pilotage rates for the 2025 shipping season.

The Coast Guard is setting new pilotage rates for the 2025 shipping season.  The Coast Guard estimates that this will result in approximately a 7-percent increase in operating costs compared to the 2024 season.

The Coast Guard is setting the rates shown in table 1.
