Coast Guard releases Marine Safety Information Bulletin 02-24: Resumption of Billing TSMS Option User Fees and New User Fee Amounts for all Inspected Towing Vessels

The Coast Guard recently released Marine Safety Information Bulletin (MSIB) 02-24: Resumption of Billing TSMS Option User Fees and New User Fee Amounts for all Inspected Towing Vessels. This bulletin details the resumption of billing for TSMS Option User Fees and introduces new user fee amounts for all inspected towing vessels. It also officially cancels MSIB 04-22, which had previously suspended USCG inspection fees for TSMS Option – Subchapter M towing vessels.
