PHILADELPHIA – Coast Guard Station Barnegat Light is hosting a free open house on Wednesday at the station in Barnegat Light, NJ.
The open house will include free tours of the station while crew members provide safe boating tips. Visitors can also learn about Coast Guard career opportunities.
Coast Guard Station Barnegat Light is home to several 47-foot Motor Life Boats, which are designed as fast-response rescue vessels in high seas, surf, and heavy weather environments.
All ages are welcome to attend, and the event will take place rain or shine.
