MEDIA ADVISORY: Coast Guard Sector New Orleans conducts change of command ceremony

WHAT: Change of Command ceremony for Coast Guard Sector New Orleans. 

WHERE: Port of New Orleans Julia Street Terminal, 920 Port of New Orleans Place, New Orleans, LA

WHEN: Friday, June 7, at 10 a.m.

WHO: Capt. Kelly K. Denning will transfer command to Capt. Gregory A. Callaghan.

 

NEW ORLEANS – Coast Guard Sector New Orleans is scheduled to conduct a Change of Command ceremony, Friday, at the Port of New Orleans Julia Street Terminal.

During the ceremony, Capt. Kelly K. Denning will transfer command of Coast Guard Sector New Orleans to Capt. Gregory A. Callaghan.

Rear Adm. David C. Barata, Commander of the Eighth Coast Guard District, will be the presiding officer at the ceremony.
