SAN DIEGO — The Coast Guard rescued a 60-year-old male approximately 34 miles west of the Coronado Islands on Tuesday.
Watchstanders at Coast Guard Sector San Diego Joint Harbor Operations Center received a distress call from the charter fishing vessel "San Diego" around 11 a.m., reporting a passenger was experiencing seizures.
