CLEVELAND — The Coast Guard invites the media to attend the Ninth District change-of-command ceremony, Thursday, at Windows on the River Banquet Hall.
WHO: Rear Adm. Jonathan P. Hickey, United States Coast Guard (incoming)
Rear Adm. Michael J. Johnston, United States Coast Guard (outgoing)
WHAT: Change-of-Command Ceremony. A time-honored tradition of transferring total responsibility and authority from one individual to another.
WHERE: Windows on the River, 2000 Sycamore Street, Cleveland, OH 44113
WHEN: Thursday, April 27, 2023, at 11 a.m.
