Coast Guard cautions boaters of safety zone during removal operations for grounded vessel off Flamenco Beach
The Resolve Marine 400-ton shear-leg barge near Culebra, Puerto Rico, Sept. 2, 2024, that was towed from Baltimore, Maryland to remove the grounded sailing vessel Obsession from a reef just off Flamenco Beach.
