U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Active returns home from Eastern Pacific patrol
An aircrew from the Helicopter Interdiction Squadron (HITRON) aboard an MH-65 Dolphin performs night vision goggle deck landing qualifications aboard the USCGC Active (WMEC 618) while patrolling the Eastern Pacific Ocean, Apr. 15, 2024. The Jacksonville, Florida-based HITRON consists of crews specially trained to use airborne force to stop vessels suspected of breaking U.S. and international laws on the high seas.
