Coast Guard rescues U.S. citizen from life raft in Caribbean Sea near Puerto Rico
The aircrew of a Coast Guard Air Station Borinquen MH-60T Jayhawk helicopter rescues a man from a life raft in the Caribbean Sea near Puerto Rico, March 24, 2024. Rescued is Keith Mcpartlan , a 42-year-old U.S. citizen from Fla., who was transported to San Juan, Puerto Rico, following his rescue. Mcpartlan reportedly was the sole passenger aboard the 40-foot pleasure craft Solamar, which he reportedly abandoned out of concern that the vessel was in danger of capsizing.
