Coast Guard, CBP, Dominican Republic Navy rescue 60 migrants from makeshift vessel taking on water
A grossly overloaded makeshift vessel transits in waters northeast of the Dominican Republic Nov. 27, 2023. Coast Guard Cutter Joseph Napier’s crew, with the assistance of Coast Guard and CBP aircrews, stopped the vessel that was taking on water.
