Genzo Matua Gonzales promotion
Lt. Cmdr. Christine Igisomar and Lt. Freddy Hofschneider pin the first class cadet insignia for Genzo Matua Gonzales while aboard USCGC Myrtle Hazard (WPC 1139) in Guam on May 16, 2023.
