Coast Guard rescues man from disabled vessel off Ponte Vedra Beach
A Coast Guard cutter Legare and Tarpon rescued a 67-year-old man after his 37-foot sailing vessel became disabled 86 miles off offshore Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, July 9, 2023. The man was able to reach his family with GPS who then contacted the Coast Guard for help. (U.S. Coast Guard photo)
