U.S. Coast Guard, partners continues response to vessels and aids affected by Typhoon Mawar
U.S. Coast Guard Station Regional Dive Locker Pacific members refloat a sunken buoy with lift bags on June 6, 2023, as a joint team works aids at Victor Pier in inner Apra Harbor affected by Typhoon Mawar. The team used divers and lift bags to raise the buoy before the U.S. Navy Seabees used their crane to relocate it to the pier for the Sequoia team to relocate to the buoy yard by forklift.
