Petty Officer 1st Class Joshua Pablo prepares the noon meal
Petty Officer 1st Class Joshua Anthony Dydasco Pablo, the lead culinary specialist on USCGC Oliver Henry (WPC 1140) prepares the noon meal on March 29, 2023, at sea in the Pacific Ocean. Originally from Mongmong, Guam, he's been in the Service for five years and joined the Oliver Henry crew in the Spring of 2022, just before their first Oceania expeditionary patrol.
