North American Maritime Security Initiative
A boat crew from the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Active (WMEC 618) and Mexican Navy (SEMAR) Marina Rescate division observe a Coast Guard overflight in the Eastern Pacific Ocean March 30, 2023.
